In Bali you can easily spend a halve day or more in one of the many 5-star Spa or Wellness Resorts.
Many of them are located in the center of Bali in the beautiful jungles around Ubud. But in the East, in the middle of the rice fields around Karangasem, in the South around Sanur and Nusa Dua or in the West amidst the nature reserve Menjangan are a lot of beautiful and luxurious Spa resorts.
An average specials package in Bali takes at least 3 or 4 hours, inclusive lunch, juices, fruit and snacks in between. Popular combinations often consist of a Massage, Bodyscrub and Flower Bath, followed by a Facial Treatment or Anti Stress Massage and finally a strong Reflexology Massage of the lower legs and feet.
